Our Customer is seeking an Acquisition Supply Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote must work PST

In this role, you will be responsible for oversight and management of the sourcing that the team will use to source, pre-vet, and acquire supply for Experiences. These systems might include CRM systems such as Salesforce, reporting and dashboard tools (eg. Tableau) and vendor-driven or internally built tools. This role will be responsible for guiding and directing the use of these tools for sourcing and acquisition and optimizing them with vendor(s) partners to create customized search and quality evaluation tools, working in partnership with the Supply Acquisition Manager for Curated Sourcing & Acquisition. This role will also deliver weekly dashboards and insights that report out against global supply goals weekly.


This creative, organized and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in project, event, or experiential production and coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in creative, event, or hospitality-related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities.
  • Capable of generating innovative ideas for entertainment and travel experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
  • Proficient in project management tools and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities-inputs, including custom fields, workflows, and automation rules
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
