Job description
Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
Our Customer is seeking an Activation Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid in Knoxville, TN or New York, NY.
This is a junior level position where you will Support and assist in the production of custom ad sales marketing projects. This is a great opportunity to support high profile programs and marketing initiatives across well-known media brands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables
- Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, and internal production groups regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
- Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system
- Generate reports to summarize project statuses
- Provide support to overall marketing activation team as directed
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 0-3 years prior experience in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing
- Project management experience.t
- Social Media Management experience
- Client facing communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience, internships, or coursework in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing
- Sharp understanding of all digital platforms (web, video, mobile, social)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
- Video production interest (preferred)
- Graphic design interest (preferred)
