This role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations
Our client is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist — Off-Platform & Paid Distribution with experience executing paid distribution programs on behalf of brands across external platforms and media partners.
You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating paid media and distribution programs outside of our owned channels, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, tracked effectively, and reported back to internal and external stakeholders. This role is highly operational and requires someone who is comfortable working directly with external platforms and partners, managing campaign details, and using data to measure performance.
While the primary focus of this role will be off-platform paid distribution, you’ll also support the broader Ad Operations function and be expected to contribute to onsite campaign operations, inventory management, reporting, and other operational needs as required.
You’ll collaborate primarily with the Partnerships Team while working cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance/Accounting.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Execute paid distribution programs on behalf of brands across external platforms, publishers, networks, and media partners.
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, launch, monitoring, and optimization across off-platform distribution channels.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately, meet agreed-upon timelines, and deliver against campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify solutions when campaigns are under- or over-delivering.
- Pull and consolidate performance data from multiple platforms and partners to create accurate campaign reporting and insights.
- Take ownership of monthly campaign reporting and benchmark updates, helping teams understand performance across categories, partners, and distribution channels.
- Support onsite Ad Operations, including campaign setup, trafficking, inventory management, delivery monitoring, and operational troubleshooting as needed.
- Own the relationship with, and operation of, Boostr as a CRM and BI tool, including internal support tickets and inventory management.
- Maintain thorough documentation of paid distribution and ad operations processes and clearly communicate expectations cross-functionally.
- Serve as a data and reporting partner to the Partnerships team for both off-platform and onsite campaigns.
- Partner with Accounting on monthly reporting needed for revenue recognition and month-end close.
- Help identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, reporting, partner processes, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are

- Hands-on experience executing paid distribution programs on behalf of brands across external platforms or media partners.
- Comfortable managing campaigns from setup and launch through monitoring, optimization, reporting, and wrap-up.
- Experience working directly with external advertising platforms, publishers, networks, or distribution partners.
- Experience with onsite ad operations or digital campaign execution is strongly preferred, as this role will also support onsite operational work.

- Comfortable pulling, reconciling, and consolidating reporting from multiple data sources and platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable getting into the weeds to ensure campaigns are executed accurately.
- Clear communicator who proactively keeps stakeholders informed of timing, performance, challenges, and solutions.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment as we continue to grow Partnerships revenue.
- Passionate about putting parents first and excited to help better serve them and their families in this new life stage.
