The Mom Project is excited to partner with a consultancy that specializes in helping businesses grow through advertising. We're seeking an Ad Ops Coordinator to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity.
Overview
As an Ad Ops Coordinator, you'll collaborate with our Operations Specialists and Client Teams to organize and upload creative assets from clients. While occasional client communication may be necessary, your primary focus will be on behind-the-scenes operations via asynchronous communication methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload provided copy, images, and videos into designated platforms (training provided)
- Review asset components for typos, missing requirements, and other corrections before uploading
- Effectively communicate status updates to account teams
- Contribute to workflow design for efficient operations
- Complete requests within 1-2 business days

- A customer service mentality

- Project and content management experience
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram ads
More Details
- This is a remote role
- Our team is distributed across the USA
- This is a part-time contract position requiring 10 - 20 hours per week
- $20-25 an hour based on experience
