  • Perform thorough QA across devices and entry points (app, desktop) to confirm targeting, discount behavior, eligibility, and creative rendering before launch.
  • Operate- You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail.
  • You are comfortable learning new tools and becoming an expert.

  • You can take business requirements and put them into action to support short-term needs and long-term growth.
  • Partner- You have experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage- You have strong project & program management skills and can manage numerous projects at once.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, process/project/program management, or operations; high growth startup experience preferred
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to summarize complex operational constraints clearly for non‑technical partners.
  • You are extremely organized and detail oriented and can balance multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
  • Comfort operating in Slack‑driven, ticket‑based workflows with multiple stakeholders and parallel priorities.

Nice to haves
