Remote Options: The position is 100% remote to the locations below, please note the specific rate that applies for each location.

We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The successful candidate will work with multiple internal teams and set up a clear rhythm of business across all stages of the product life cycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify critical KPIs, dashboards, and operating rhythms to help teams manage performance and create operational rigor.
  • Lead and manage project update/review meetings by creating agendas, presentations, and action items.
  • Document team decisions and follow up on action items and deliverables.
  • Ensure that we have a clear understanding of progress and status across all teams via regular reviews & status reports.
  • Manage the operational process of Business apps review workflow leveraging the offered runbook (reviewing apps for quality, sharing reports on app reviews pipeline).
  • Manage recertification workflows for partners to ensure everything stays compliant.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership).

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of project/program management/business operations in the tech industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices Communication, organization, management, and people skills.
  • Experience with KPIs / dashboard/ report development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and influence.
  • Ability to work across teams, convince the team, relationship building, and collaboration.
  • Must know how 6 teams are doing, matrix, have regular check-ins, dates, figure out the cadence of checkpoints, rigor.
  • Building a strong rhythm of business.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% Remote to the following locations: Baltimore, MD Bedford, MA Houston, TX Los Angeles, CA and San Diego, CA.
