Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for a Compliance Clerk on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is 100% onsite in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Helping coordinate recurring business processes and maintaining reporting/tracking tools.
- Independent judgement to make appropriate decisions on next steps
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, office skills such as word, excel, SharePoint.
- Ability to work in new systems
- This role may provide operational, administrative, and workflow support for a Supervision team.
Qualifications
- 1 plus years of direct experience or similar experience
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal direction, office skills such as word, excel, SharePoint.
- Prior experience in finance industry or compliance role is a plus. Licensing such as SIE or other is plus.
