Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for a Post Approval Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is Part time, onsite hybrid, 3 days a week in Franklin, WI. Anticipated Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Position Overview
The Post Approval Coordinator is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and preparing the documents and forms required to move insurance policies through the post-approval process and prepare eligible documents for electronic signature through DocuSign.
The coordinator communicates primarily by email with financial representatives, field staff, and internal business partners. Typical requests include explaining established processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are complete and in good order, resolving missing or incorrect documentation, preparing documents for electronic signature, and responding to status inquiries.
The coordinator is accountable for understanding each request, managing assigned cases, using available resources, and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solution.
This is a back-office position with no phone-support responsibilities. Communication will primarily occur through email and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain required forms and supporting documents for post-approval policy processing.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and good order.
- Confirm that the appropriate forms have been submitted.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information and communicate next steps by email.
- Prepare eligible documents and forms for electronic signature through DocuSign.
- Manage assigned cases and monitor outstanding documentation requirements.
- Respond to status inquiries from field partners and internal business areas.
- Explain established post-approval processes, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Research requests and determine the appropriate course of action using available resources.
- Maintain accurate case information within internal systems.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting quality and service expectations.

Training
The selected individual will complete a minimum six-week training period. Candidates should be available to meet the required training schedule and participate consistently throughout training.
