Job description
A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Administrative Assistant to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support directors by managing weekly team touchpoints and staff meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including frequent trips to Michigan (flights, hotels, and transportation)
- Manage day-to-day calendar activities and schedule meetings for the directors
- Submit and track expense reports on behalf of the directors
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, including submitting badge requests (low volume)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- At least 5 years of administrative experience
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple calendars daily
- Microsoft suite knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Slack application experience – a communications application, Salesforce tool
