Our Customer Success team is integral to our success, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to join our organization and support our Customer Success operations.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Customer Success team, ensuring efficient operations and enabling the team to focus on delivering outstanding service to our customers. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and coordinate the schedules and calendars of Customer Success managers and team members.
  • Assist with handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Enter information into the Customer Support systems, Jira and Confluence, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Customer Success Coordination:
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of FAQs, user guides, and other support documentation.
  • Support the Customer Success team in tracking and managing customer inquiries and support tickets.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve support processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite and familiarity with Customer Success software and tools – Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Customer Success or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and services.
