Job description
Our mission is to help travelers find affordable parking close to major US airports, cruise ports and some city centers via our online platform. We are seeking a remote, part-time Administrative Assistant (15-20hrs per week) to support the administrative and bookkeeping needs of our growing team. This is a 1099 contract role, with not only flexibility but the opportunity for growth. This role is perfect for someone wanting to return to the workforce.
We partner with four and five-star parking facilities near the airports, cruise ports and some city centers to provide travelers with the cheapest rates for near airport parking. Most of our locations have free 24/7 shuttles running on a frequent schedule for getting to and back from the airport. Always A+ on quality, price, and service, we’re on a mission to disrupt the airport parking vertical and make parking ridiculously cheap and simple every time.
The ideal candidate's skillset and personal growth goals will determine the path. The ideal candidate would be competent in prioritizing tasks, detail oriented and be able to complete tasks with little supervision. You will need to be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Some of the core responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to team
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Manage invoicing and partner payments
- Website QA
- Updating SOP’s
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Media research assistance
- Additional administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working in a remote administrative capacity
- Experience with invoicing and client payment processing
- Excellent customer service acumen
- Google Suite (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Routable
- Microsoft Excel
- Zoom video conferencing, Loom video sharing
- HubSpot
- Airtable
- Background in sales and marketing is a plus!
