About the book:
A magical tale of a curious wolf pup with branch powers and his glamorous glowing owlet friend blaze a trail through an enchanted forest. Trees talk and magic waits around every corner, Century of Tree Magic: The first in a series of educational books for children.
Blaze has fuzzy blue and white fur and flowering branches that grow from his body. He likes to “trot, tumble and rumble through the forest to find adventure.” Lili’s magical feathers change colors, and she has a shiny emerald that glows to light her way. Lili and Blaze become fast friends and set off on a series of adventures learning life skills along the way. But they’re not alone! The enchanted forest comes alive with lots of furry friends and plant companions. Uniting through bravery and loyalty, Blaze and Lili sing, dance and play their way along the forest path to discover the magic found in unity and diversity.
This whimsical picture book includes curriculum resources and activities for nurturing a child’s creativity, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills. Loaded with tools for empowering parents and teachers as guides, A Century of Tree Magic: Meet Blaze & Lili exceeds traditional education standards with explorations in identity, communication, emotional intelligence, heart-centered action, and imagination.
Meet Blaze & Lili focuses on literacy skills as its primary curriculum objective. This book is the foundational introduction for the series and corresponding curriculum keys. Other books in the series explore topics on environmental science and biology, sacred geometry, numerology, personal and collective history, and ancient forms of storytelling. We know your child will fall in love with Blaze and Lili as they navigate the twists and turns of life’s path together.
