- Managing the office communications including telephone, mail, and social media
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Organizing and maintaining tenant and vendor files and databases
- Ordering and maintaining an inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Processing and distributing invoices for approval
- Assisting with all aspects of AP/AR
- Assisting in the successful marketing and leasing of each property: Application processing, ad placement, website supervision, and maintenance, distributing listing sheets, assisting in the showings of properties, coordinating leasing documents & facilitating move-ins
- Assisting in the property maintenance programs to ensure that the buildings and grounds are all maintained in the highest standards: coordinate work orders to ensure requests are responded to in a timely fashion, create and maintain project summaries
