Job description

Our Customer is an American computer and consumer electronics company famous for creating phones and computers. As one of the largest companies globally with a market cap of over 2 trillion dollars, it is a major leader in the space. Although this company was founded in 1976 it has transformed how we connect and communicate worldwide.

Our Customer is seeking a Administrative Assistant on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Culver City, CA.

This role will be responsible for supporting the PR Operations & Talent Relations team with administrative support including scheduling meetings, answering phones, booking travel, processing expenses and invoices, compiling data reports, helping to coordinate logistics across the functions of the team among other duties as assigned.



Responsibilities:

  • Supports all administrative tasks as assigned
  • Routes invoices and document updates
  • Maintain and update department and team calendars with ongoing publicity activities
  • Craft and maintain informational grids
  • Assist with drafting correspondence and presentations
  • Assists with PR / TR projects and events as needed


Skill/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years work experience
  • Exceptional work ethic, discreet and trustworthy; must use good judgment as needed
  • Efficient with iCal, Keynote, Mail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and follow through on all projects
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
