PART TIME- 12hrs - Growth to 20 hrs per week
Pay: $25-$35 an hour

About the Role
Our partner is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support the Financial Advisor and interact directly with clients. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in the financial services industry who is comfortable working with confidential client information and navigating technology used in a financial services environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, assisting with their questions and immediate needs.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities and client service functions.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with a high level of discretion.
- Assist with projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize financial technology and office software to support daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience working in the financial services industry is required.
- Familiarity with financial technology (FinTech) applications and software commonly used in the financial services industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 products.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Wealthbox, Orion, or similar financial services applications is preferred.
- Candidates do not need to have experience with every system listed; a willingness and ability to learn new technology is important.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional and personable communication skills, particularly when interacting with clients.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support multiple needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to complete a background check due to access to sensitive client personally identifiable information
