Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the Sales Director and Director of Academic Solutions
- Handling communication and correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Calling clients to follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain positive relationships
- Supporting sales and academic teams with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- No specific educational background required; however, organizational skills and intuitive thinking are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, communications, or education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must exhibit confidence, ownership, and initiative, traits commonly found in dedicated stay-at-home parents.
