Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with a Not For Profit Organization in Addiction Research. They are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Director and Event Planner, who has a diverse set of skills and someone with a Big Heart. An ideal candidate would be someone with a connection to recovery, who understands the impact.
Responsibilities:
- Board organization and support. Scheduling and coordinating meetings. Taking notes and compiling deliverables.
- Event planning for small weekend workshops. Coordinate registration and processing payments. Disbursement of workshop materials. Review invoices and payment to vendors. Digital communication and web site updating.
- Fund raising support coordinating and confirming donations. Coordination of account and legal documents for annual tax filings.
- Liaison and coordination between non-profit and researchers
Must have strong organizational and technological skills.
Nice to have a connection to recovery.
