Client Services Administrator (Wealth Management)
Location: Wellesley Hills, MA (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)
Hours: 28–32 hours/week
Pay: $32–35/hour (W2)
Overview
Our client is seeking a Client Services Administrator with experience supporting advisors in a wealth management or financial planning environment. This role is responsible for client account administration, financial transactions, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client service requests and follow items through completion.
- Process financial transactions, including ACH transfers, distributions, and account transfers.
- Open and maintain retirement and non-retirement investment accounts (IRA, Roth IRA, Trust, Individual/Joint Brokerage, etc.).
- Prepare account paperwork and client documents for e-signature.
- Schedule client meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce or Redtail CRM.
- Work with custodians, broker-dealers, annuity providers, and internal teams to resolve client requests.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of client service or operations experience within a wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or financial planning firm.
- Experience opening investment accounts and processing account transfers and money movement.
- Understanding of retirement and non-retirement account types.
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or Redtail
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
