Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our Denver based client, a small business development firm. They assist small to medium sized companies to grow their revenues and sometimes assist in growing ideas into realities. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join their team for 5 hrs/wk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, is detail oriented and born to multitask.
Core responsibilities
- Take notes on strategy calls and distribute to the team
- Assist with necessary research related to project
- Help with web content and develop Word Press sites
- Assist with social media post & small campaigns as needed
- Track leads and maintain accurate documentation of calls
Skill sets
- Strong knowledge of WordPress
- Proficient in social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and problem solve

- Flexible schedule (except for the scheduled calls 1 time/wk)
