Job Description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our Denver based client, a small business development firm. They assist small to medium sized companies to grow their revenues and sometimes assist in growing ideas into realities. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join their team for 5 hrs/wk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, is detail oriented and born to multitask.

Core responsibilities

  • Take notes on strategy calls and distribute to the team

  • Assist with necessary research related to project

  • Help with web content and develop Word Press sites

  • Assist with social media post & small campaigns as needed

  • Track leads and maintain accurate documentation of calls

Skill sets

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress

  • Proficient in social media

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces and problem solve


  • Flexible schedule (except for the scheduled calls 1 time/wk)
