Our client is a a mid-sized General Contracting company located in Atlanta, looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant!
The most important aspect of this position is computer literacy. The candidate will be asked to take a skills assessment before making a final decision.
This role will be part of a two-person team responsible for the majority of the paperwork associated with the construction projects.
- 50% of the time it is familiar data-entry (requiring a blend of accuracy and efficiency),
- 50% of the time involves problem-solving unique to each individual project.
- The position is not difficult but does demand focus as well as the ability to retain a working knowledge of multiple areas of the industry – all of which is teachable to the right person.
- This person’s desk will be in the reception area, and so they should be prepared to answer phones or interact with occasional in-person guests appropriately as well
