Our Customer is seeking an Ads Operations Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for offsite digital advertising campaigns across social and programmatic channels
- Launch, traffic, and monitor campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign pacing, budget utilization, and performance, recommending optimizations to improve results
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, trafficking, and reporting issues
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches
- Partner with Marketing and Data Science teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-mortem reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign operations, workflows, tooling, and processes
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to support campaign execution
- Support campaign quality assurance throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Assist with writing ad copy and supporting creative development when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, campaign operations, data analytics, or data entry
- Experience managing end-to-end digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Experience with campaign trafficking, setup, quality assurance, tracking, optimization, and reporting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaign performance metrics and budget pacing
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Experience writing ad copy or supporting creative asset development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CPG advertising campaigns
- Project management or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data
