Job description

Each year, our Customer helps more than seven million students prepare for a successful transition to college through programs and services in college readiness and college success—including the SAT, the Advanced Placement Program, and BigFuture. The organization also serves the education community through research and advocacy on behalf of students, educators, and schools.
We are seeking an Advanced Placement Credit Policy (APCP) Consultant on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote role with an initial 8-week contract and potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Update Advanced Placement Credit Policy (APCP) survey data for BigFuture and AP Student platforms
- Perform data entry and validation of APCP information from institutional sources
- Generate APCP grids for State Legislatures, including both public and private institutions
- Research and update institutional contact information, including POC, email, and URLs; track all changes
- Conduct research on institutional credit policies for AP exams using web research, email outreach, and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of data updates and changes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and validation
- Proficiency in web research and information gathering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and task prioritization abilities
- Ability to manage project timelines and support program deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid Excel skills, including data organization and analysis
- Dependability and ability to complete tasks through project completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and charts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and/or SharePoint
