Job description
Role Overview:
The AI Chatbot Specialist will support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer interactions and streamline business processes. This is a **high-priority, fast-turnaround project** requiring rapid and efficient solution delivery. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, with a strong emphasis on using Fresh Service, ChatGPT, and Excel to deliver practical solutions that address both user needs and business objectives. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and analysts to create and refine AI chatbot solutions that are efficient, responsive, and aligned with team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven chatbot solutions, leveraging ChatGPT and other relevant technologies.
- Utilize Fresh Service to integrate chatbot solutions with support and service workflows, ensuring seamless automation and task management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities where chatbots can improve efficiency and user experience.
- Create, analyze, and refine conversational flows to ensure bots respond effectively and accurately to a wide range of user queries.
- Monitor, test, and optimize chatbot performance, making iterative improvements based on user feedback and data insights.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to chatbot performance and usage metrics.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, implementing timely fixes or improvements to keep pace with project demands.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and chatbot technology, bringing new insights and innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in AI chatbot development or a similar technical role, with hands-on experience using ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Fresh Service for service management and workflow integration.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing efficient, user-centered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment with fast turnaround requirements.
