Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.

Our Customer is seeking a highly motivated Program Delivery Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role will be responsible for scaling AI into marketing workflows, moving beyond prototypes to deliver production-ready automation. The AI Program Delivery Manager will partner with marketing, engineering, data, and vendors to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered systems that streamline campaign execution, reduce manual work, and transform how campaigns go to market. This is a 6-month contract engagement with immediate impact and potential extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the design, build, and scale of AI-powered automation across marketing workflows.
  • Translate marketing pain points into agent logic, prompt workflows, and scalable production systems
  • Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows, from prototyping with LLM APIs and workflow frameworks to launching production-ready agents using orchestration platforms.
  • Automate processes end-to-end, including ticket generation, approval routing, QA checks, asset validation, and campaign tracking, reducing manual lift while increasing speed, accuracy, and cross-team visibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and vendors to integrate, scale, and maintain solutions as permanent team capabilities
  • Run testing and UAT processes, drive feedback loops, and ensure seamless team adoption
  • Work across teams to align delivery milestones, unblock execution, and embed AI into standard operations
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools within our existing stack and bring practical, usable innovations into day-to-day systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience delivering AI, automation, or marketing systems.
  • Advanced degrees welcome but not required; real-world delivery experience prioritized.
  • 3–6 years in technical program management, systems implementation, or product operations (tech/fintech preferred).
  • Proven track record of deploying AI in FinTech, SaaS, or comparable industries.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping with LLM frameworks, low-code platforms, and agentic tooling.
  • Experience delivering production AI workflows using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and automation platforms.
  • Strong collaboration background with marketing/GTM teams to translate manual processes into scalable systems.
  • Technical skills: SQL, YAML/JSON, Python scripting, data validation, workflow configuration.
  • Engineering background (data infrastructure, automation, or software development).
  • Availability to start immediately for a 6-month contract.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Contractor benefits are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401k (no match)
