Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is remote in Norcross, GA.


Responsibilities:

  • Support requisition creation processes for recruiting and hiring teams, ensuring efficiency in review and approval workflows.
  • Serve as a candidate experience ambassador by scheduling interviews and field rides, delivering proactive communication, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee and manage the hiring process, including reviewing background checks, monitoring completion of hiring tasks, tracking exception reports, and completing I-9s.
  • Track and analyze activity metrics (e.g., interview volume and fall-out rates) to provide insights for continuous process improvement and strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4–8 years of experience in human resources or supporting sales/corporate recruiters.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility to manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, applicant tracking systems, and CRMs.
