Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking an Analyst, SAP Product Costing on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in SAP projects in Manufacturing Accounting and SAP Controlling (CO)
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Manage expectations of client service delivery
  • Daily interaction with business users and SMEs.
  • In addition, work with various costing groups and manufacturing teams to provide production support

Must Haves:

  • Minimum 10+ years of FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP Product Costing (COPC), Materials Ledger, and general FICO area
  • At minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Controlling modules, especially Product Costing (COPC) and ML
  • At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP S/4 Hana FICO and SAP Product Costing with experience in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.), Material ledger, and Actual costing impact on S4, COPA (Account Based/Cost Based/Combined Profitability Analysis) and Profit Center/Cost Center Accounting and reporting requirements
  • Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PP, SD, MM, Configuration of FICO, and Product Costing functionality in SAP S4 system along with knowledge of SAP FICO and Product Costing processes for Business Transformation projects
  • Proven Expertise in SAP product costing with experience in discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of FICO integration points to other modules such as PP, SD, MM
  • Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team
  • Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience
  • Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interfacing with business team members and key stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills
  • Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with cross-functional team members in IT and non-IT functions
  • A strong work ethic

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree and more than five years of related work experience in Manufacturing, and Product Costing

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
