We are seeking an Analytics Specialist on a contract basis to join our Customer's Enterprise Marketing Analytics Team. This role is 100% remote in the Central Standard or Eastern Standard time zone.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform marketing strategies
- Create reports and dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics solutions
- Lead migration and implementation efforts for analytics tools and technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics implementation, tag management, and data accuracy
- Manage tag implementation, tracking, and testing using tag management systems such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics tools and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization
- Case study examples and link should be included on resume
- Strong project management experience (certification not required)
- Expertise in Google/Adobe
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe's Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) applications
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Proven track record of successfully leading migration and implementation efforts
- Expertise in tag management systems such as Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and Tealium
- Ability to visualize and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is not afraid to make themselves heard
- Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote in the Central Standard or Eastern Standard time zone.

The salary range for this position is $32.16 - $40.51 per hour.
