We are seeking an Anaplan Implementation Expert on a contract basis to support our customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid onsite in Mountain View, CA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support planning, performance, and analysis processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions, including requirements gathering, model design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, analytics, operations, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into effective Anaplan models
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models in Anaplan to support performance management, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Anaplan models by establishing robust data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Anaplan solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing Anaplan models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in the financial planning processes



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Computer Science, Informatics, information Services or related field or equivalent experience. Master's/Advanced Degree Data Science, Business, or Analytics preferred
  • 2-4 years Proven Anaplan experience with at least 3-5 years as an Anaplan Model Builder, certified at level 3. Certified solution architect a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, operations, or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
