Architect
100% Remote
Flexible Schedule 10-20 hours/week to start
$60-125/hour based on experience
Core Responsibilities
- Work on high-end custom home projects.
- Use SketchUp and REVIT in architectural design and documentation.
- Create and review technical drawings set for permit and construction.
- Manage the production efforts and track project progress.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Driven, self-motivated
- High-quality work
- 5+ years of experience in high-end single-family residential projects.
- B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited school of Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit for implementing office standards and creating custom Revit families.
- High proficiency in SketchUp for creating design options.
- Legal status to work in the U.S.
