We are seeking an ASPIRE Deployment Training Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite Oceanside, CA.
The ASPIRE Deployment Training Coordinator supports the implementation of the learning strategy for the ASPIRE deployment program. They will support the execution of the local training approach and plan (leveraging on the Global Training Strategy) based on the learning needs of the audience/ users. They will be working closely with the Deployment Training Manager, OCM team, Functional SMEs and the Global Learning Services (GLS) to coordinate the delivery and administration of training. They will ensure training solutions are organized, scheduled and deployed to meet the program timelines and end user needs in line with the defined learning strategy, together with the Deployment Training Manager.
- Work closely with the Deployment Training Manager to support the deployment of the training approach and plan
- Coordinate the input of users, roles, local training materials and attendance into the LMS (Cornerstone) by coordinating requests to the Global GLS Training Factory
- Provide instruction and guidance in how to use globally standardized templates for training
- Organize training facilitator briefing sessions (train-the-trainer) to ensure facilitators are prepared in their role as presenters
- Work with the global counterparts to ensure readiness of local Training Materials and develop and coordinate training schedule and logistics
- Report on deployment training deliverables status and training attendance
- Works closely with the Site Training Manager to support the implementation of the training schedule - sending meeting invitations to students, following up on non attendance, rescheduling absentees, booking conference rooms, managing catering etc.
- Schedules Train the Trainer (training facilitator upskilling sessions) to ensure SAP Trainers are prepared in their role as presenters
- Prepares the Distribution Lists for communication to end users
- Supports the use of eRoster to manage classroom attendance
- Manages the day to day logistics of the site training schedule (post creation by Training Managers)
- Acts as the first point of contact for training class related issues - absentees, trainer replacements, system issues etc.
- Prepares reports on classroom training evaluation results and gathering other feedback from students
Education & Experience
- Administrative skills background. Has to have experience a preparing information, multitasking, high customer service experience. This person will be "the face" of training and will be working directly with trainers and all of the staff.
- More than 3 years experience in preparation, development and administration of training programs and systems, and training and curricula development
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, fluency in written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience to choose and implement training tools, approaches, learning academy setups
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer-focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Generates enthusiasm and drive for commitment to excellence
- Highly organized with ability to manage scheduling multiple training modules simultaneously
