Job description
Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.
We are seeking an Assistant Producer on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
We need someone sharp, quick, and detail-oriented to join us in the Assistant Producer role, helping to execute the on-time, on-strategy US and bilingual Canada marketing email program. This is a fast-paced position managing a large volume of executional tasks within a high-visibility channel. You will work with a team of Associate and Manager Email Producers to help ensure flawless execution of each and every email sent out to the customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Light building, testing, and QAing all emails before deployment
- Assisting Producers in linking setup and approval for all emails
- Executing the delivery of assets to email vendors
- Tracking and expediting Canadian French translation with the translation management team
- Keeping to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities on an hourly basis
- Familiarity with AirTable, Outlook, Google Docs suite, Microsoft Office suite, OneDrive, and marketing content management systems.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of production experience, preferably in the ECOM or agency space
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Exceptional detail orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills; enjoys interacting with all types of people
- Ability to balance team expectations and priorities
- Someone who loves working with people to solve problems.
- You are never daunted by a long To-Do list, and are always assessing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- You see how small details impact the much bigger picture, and pride yourself on anticipating issues before they arise.
