Job description

Founded in 2008, our client is a leading American broadcasting corporation headquartered in New York City and provides satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States.


We are seeking an Associate Account Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in NYC.


This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Political Client Services team during a high-volume election cycle. This role partners closely with Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution for political advertisers and agencies, providing critical administrative, operational, and campaign management support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment during a busy midterm election year.



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks, including building media plans, executing insertion orders, ensuring creative deployment, and assisting with research requests
  • Support high-touch clients and campaign needs alongside core pod teams
  • Learn advertising workflows from a collaborative and experienced team
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure proper delivery across various ad-serving platforms
  • Work with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries (as assigned)
  • Provide ad-hoc account support and delegate work to internal resources as needed
  • Support Account Managers working with political clients during the 2026 midterm elections

Political-specific responsibilities include:

  • Submitting Ad Guidelines tickets for creative swaps and maintaining documentation of escalated issues
  • Maintaining a political vertical tracker of upcoming elections for CS and Sales team visibility
  • Submitting Podcast Brand Vetting requests in Salesforce as required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital, radio, or mobile planning, buying, or account/project management
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus
