We are seeking an Ads and Promotions Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join the CPG Insights team as an Associate of Ads and Promotions. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to support marketing campaigns that promote and celebrate unique relationships with CPG partners. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing client-facing reports, and identifying optimization opportunities to accelerate brand sales and category share growth. This is a truly unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the ops and sales teams on scoping ad campaigns
  • Gather data for marketing products and prepare data for subsequent analysis
  • Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identify optimization opportunities
  • Analyze the performance of the marketing products and surface product performance insights to support sales efforts


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand, or tech company
  • An understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods
  • Proficient in Excel (can maintain large, complex data sets)
  • Experience using SQL to aggregate and cleanse data
  • You have a passion for data with a strong attention to detail
  • You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You value efficiency and quality
  • You are a strong communicator and can prioritize across multiple projects
  • Can thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Strong organization and communication skills
