Job description
Are you a seasoned paralegal who’s tired of chaos, micromanagement, or constantly fixing others' mistakes? Looking for a law firm that values maturity, independence, and a calm, collaborative team?
We are a boutique estate planning and probate law firm, we’re hiring a Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in Florida estate planning and probate.
*This is an onsite position*
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with 3+ years of EP and probate experience
- Able to handle full case management—client contact, drafting, filing, deadlines
- Mature, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- A clear communicator who brings stability and warmth to the team
What You’ll Do
- Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, health care directives)
- Prepare and file probate pleadings and manage court deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, financial advisors, and court clerks
- Organize and track trust and estate administration tasks
- Support attorneys and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Greet clients and treat them like family—with empathy and professionalism
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of Florida estate planning and probate experience
- Strong document drafting and case management skills
- Comfort with legal tech and office systems
- Team-first attitude and professional maturity
- Respect for process and a calm, no-drama presence
