Job description

Main Line/Delaware County, Pennsylvania family friendly law firm with a reputation for superb writing and advocacy seeks a hard-working associate with superior writing skills.


We are a small firm : two Attorneys & one Paralegal


The ideal candidate must love to write, welcome the opportunity to craft winning legal arguments, and enjoy using and learning cutting edge technology.


This position requires creativity, the ability to handle a wide range of cases, including workers’ compensation, civil litigation, Social Security disability and personal injury, and appear in court to advocate for our clients.


  • Schedule flexibility and open to a candidate who is available 24-32 hours per week.
  • Once acclimated, there is remote work option if preferred
  • PTO and 401K


The successful candidate will:

  1. Be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania;
  2. Have a keen eye for detail;
  3. Have excellent logic;
  4. Have excellent writing skills, particularly with dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and will furnish a superior example; and,
  5. Explain why you should have an interview.
