Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with KARL STORZ Endoskope in their search for an Associate Clinical Technical Consultant. This role is a hybrid setup (onsite 4 days/week) in El Segundo, CA.


Location: El Segundo, CA, US, 90245
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Pay Range: $33 - $34


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance on KARL STORZ products.

  • Develop and demonstrate product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Requirements:

  • Call center/phone customer service experience required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in SPD, surgical technology, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college or technical degree preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn medical terminology and product knowledge.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Certifications/Credentials preferred (CST, CRCST, CBME, CBMT, RN, CBET).

  • Familiarity with endoscopic devices and procedures.

  • Understanding of infection control practices and techniques.
