Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Our Customer is seeking a CPG Media Operations & Insights Associate, on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This will be a highly cross-functional role that will support their quickly-scaling Mid-Market advertiser cohort for end-to-end success, from account onboarding and activation to campaign management and proactive, data-backed recommendations. You will have a critical role in driving impact that will influence and impact advertiser success. This role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage advertiser account creation and onboarding, ensuring brand mapping, billing details, and access are correctly configured
  • Build and execute advertiser campaigns to enable timely and accurate launches tied to high-stake media investments
  • Review and action on daily alerts to optimize budget spend and distinct campaign goals
  • Package campaign insights with business insights for cohesive narratives to drive ad upsell opportunities aligned with business growth objectives
  • Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions with advertiser clients, being the first tier of escalation to troubleshoot independently or in coordination with internal teams
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure Salesforce inputs for both campaign briefs and pipeline tracking are accurately maintained
  • Partner closely with the Catalog team to ensure Advertisers are able to run campaigns against their full desired portfolio
  • Track progress against key business objectives such as ads revenue, adoption goals, retention rate, and upsell rate to ensure quarterly targets are hit
  • Streamlining processes where optimizations can be made to better scale and automate

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Ad Tech and/or Ad Campaign Operations & Insights experience supporting Account Management, Sales, or Product/Engineering Teams. Experience supporting CPG advertisers or in retail/digital media is a plus.
  • You have exceptional analytical experience (Excel/Google Sheets), and are proficient at (or a fast learner of) a variety of other tech platforms. SQL and dashboarding skills are a plus.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and priorities - and hitting deadlines
  • You have a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results needed to complete business goals in a complex and fast moving environment
  • You are process driven. You excel in getting to a low-level of understanding, and driving operational improvements accordingly
  • You are a problem solver. You don’t need a playbook. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan.
