Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.
We are seeking an Digital Campaign Specialist - Email Marketing, on a contract basis to help execute on-time, on-strategy US, bilingual Canada, and Mexico email marketing campaigns. This is a fast-paced position managing a large volume of executional tasks within a high-visibility channel. You will work with cross-functional teams to help ensure flawless execution of each and every customer-facing email marketing asset we launch. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- A for English, French, and/or Spanish email builds. French and Spanish language proficiency is not required.
- Execute setup of Movable Ink product scrape codes for related assets.
- Tracking assigned email projects from delivery to execution.
- Managing the offer detail nuance between the US and CDA markets
- Coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Design to execute impactful email assets that meet business-driving objectives.
- Managing the linking setup and approval for all email campaigns
- Keeping to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities on an hourly basis
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the E-commerce or agency space
- Familiarity with SharePoint Suite, Airtable, Outlook, and marketing content management systems.
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Exceptional detail orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; enjoys interacting with all types of people
- Ability to balance team expectations and priorities
- Someone who loves to take a leadership role, working with people to solve problems.
- You are never daunted by a long To Do list and are always assessing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- You see how small details impact the much bigger picture, and pride yourself on anticipating issues before they arise.
- You self-correct.
