  • Develop and execute co-marketing playbooks to attract, retain, and grow top Reservations merchants
  • Create strategic and creative briefs, define marketing strategy, and oversee go-to-market execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong pulse on business performance to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external merchant partners
  • Develop customized co-marketing strategies for priority merchant partners and scale successful approaches across SMB acquisitions
  • Use a data-driven approach to set campaign goals and continuously optimize for profitability, volume, and new customer acquisition
  • Provide regular updates and communicate campaign progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or media strategy
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and executional excellence
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams
  • Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B2C or marketplace environments
  • Experience working with CRM, paid media, and integrated campaign channels
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
