Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Our Customer is seeking an Onboarding Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive adoption and engagement of new and existing products
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product launches and growth initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Strategy, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Comms) to execute marketing programs at scale
  • Conduct and leverage market research, audience insights, and analytics to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Drive experimentation to identify product-market fit and optimize campaign performance
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to influence product roadmap and business strategy
  • Build strong relationships with senior product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams (Sales, Account Management) to align marketing efforts with customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, AdTech, or Product roles in a corporate or startup environment
  • Experience in CPG, restaurant industry, agency, or consulting environments
  • Proven track record of successful GTM launches, driving adoption and measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in market sizing, forecasting, and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience working with analytics tools; SQL proficiency preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy/Operations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically with ease
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with deep focus on audience insights
