We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The Associate Marketing Manager will be a key player in the growth of a rapidly expanding business segment. This position focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing plans for key partners, helping unlock sales and customer acquisition across the first-party channel.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a best-in-class marketing playbook to drive partner sales and ROI
- Develop strong relationships with top merchant partners and create annual marketing strategies tailored to their goals
- Partner with newly launched merchants to build brand awareness and acquire new customers
- Respond to evolving partner trends and pilot new marketing tactics focused on both retention and acquisition
- Own and manage marketing relationships with high-profile Restaurant and Convenience partners
- Develop quarterly integrated marketing plans and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
- Create internal and external campaign performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Analyze results to improve campaign effectiveness, enhance profitability, and uncover new growth opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and audience insights, including experience with research and analytics
- Track record of driving consensus and trusted partnerships with senior marketing leaders
- Demonstrated success in executing co-branded marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Data fluency, including experience with forecasting, segment sizing, and campaign performance analysis
