We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote or can be based in NYC, SF, LA, CHI, or MIA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact activations and hospitality experiences that bring the brand to life across the U.S.
- Manage event integrations within the basketball portfolio, including in-stadium activations, tentpole moments such as All-Star events, and local engagements.
- Oversee hospitality programs to enhance employee engagement, support new business opportunities, and create memorable experiences for fans.
- Drive local programs that connect merchant partners to key properties through high-touchpoint moments.
- Manage sponsor deliverables, planning, briefing, execution, and post-event recaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Local, Merchant, and Leadership teams to deliver integrated experiences.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in sports and/or event marketing, with proven success in activation planning, on-site execution, hospitality, and post-event reporting.
- Strong passion for sports and enhancing the fan experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of brand touchpoints in live events.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage senior leadership.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and resourcefulness in dynamic environments.
- Commitment to excellence with a focus on elevating overall event experiences.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required for sports and live events.
