Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will support the Integrated Marketing team, a group responsible for driving awareness, consideration, and conversion through multichannel campaigns, brand experiences, and account-based marketing. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll help orchestrate impactful marketing campaigns by managing the operational and administrative elements that bring these initiatives to life.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives working cross-functionally to manage logistics, deliverables, and enabling the Integrated Marketing team to deliver outsized impact. Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and logistical tasks for campaign management and media planning including working closely with marketing operations, creative, ad operations, and agency teams to facilitate the production and distribution of campaign assets.
- Collaborate with internal marketing operations stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of marketing tactics including submission of Jira tickets, creative specifications, asset delivery, etc.
- Coordination with ad operations and external vendors to enable the tracking and quality assurance of media tactics including UTM tag creations, pixel implementation, vanity URL creations and ad trafficking
- Coordinate budget-related tasks, including the creation of purchase requests, purchase orders and authorizations to buy ("ATBs"), and the pacing and tracking of media spend against campaign budgets.
- Review and maintain standards for marketing assets, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in campaign planning and execution.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all campaign-related logistics, asset libraries, and vendor deliverables, including the curation of campaign go-to-market documentation
- Work with marketing analytics and media stakeholders to report on campaign performance, provide insights for optimization, and coordinate post-campaign wrap reports
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience, strong preference for direct experience with media planning and buying
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Familiarity with media planning processes and asset creation workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely deliverables
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
