Job description
Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.
We are seeking an Associate Producer on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with brand and vendor teams to set up, schedule, deploy, and manage approval processes for SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns
- Manage campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timing, and business requirements
- Coordinate delivery of graphic assets for campaign development
- Manage link setup and validate promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and customer experience
- Track campaign progress and communicate project updates across teams
- Support campaign execution for U.S. and Canada markets, including translation coordination
- Troubleshoot campaign and promotional issues
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes
- Document campaign execution procedures, QA processes, and operational best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing, interactive production, or project management
- Experience supporting SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns
- Working knowledge of digital content creation and campaign deployment processes
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Ability to balance competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with traffic coordination or project management processes
