Core Responsibilities:

Project & Roadmap Management

• Build and maintain integrated project plans across active MA initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, sequencing, risks, and target dates.

• Maintain a consolidated view of MA projects and workstreams so owners, status, dependencies, and next steps are clear.

• Support maintenance of the MA roadmap and FY27 modeling priorities by tracking agreed actions and ensuring follow-ups are routed to the appropriate teams.

• Maintain visibility into cross-functional dependencies and required handoffs across Measurement, MA, MADO, I&A, GTM AI / Data Science, AP, Finance, DGO, CSO, and other business stakeholders as relevant.

• Create and maintain a central source of truth for project status, decisions, ownership, open questions, risks, and next steps.

Meeting Coordination & Follow-Through

• Run day-to-day PM mechanics for recurring MA meetings and working sessions.

• Partner with meeting and workstream leads to prepare agendas and identify outstanding decisions or actions requiring discussion.

• Capture decisions, actions, owners, dependencies, and next steps.

• Confirm ownership and commitments coming out of meetings.

• Maintain action and decision trackers and follow up persistently until actions close or require escalation.

• Connect follow-ups across meetings so open items do not stall between teams or working sessions.

• Co-lead designated cross-functional working sessions where PM facilitation is required.

MA Workstream Coordination

Provide program-management support and follow-through across the MA operating cadence, including:

• DGO adoption reviews and recurring stakeholder engagement

• MA Office Hours

• LMS performance meetings

• Customer MA model

• AP leadership follow-ups

• Oyster / DV / Datacanvas coordination

• DGO / CSO / agency inquiries requiring cross-functional follow-through

• Quarterly MA health-check follow-ups

• Monthly MA check-ins

• Scaling integration and forecast-investigation follow-ups

• MA roadmap and FY27 modeling priorities

• Cross-functional issues and escalations

Customer MA Model & Cross-Functional Delivery

• Maintain the integrated project plan for the Customer MA model, including major milestones, dependencies, decisions, owners, risks, and next steps.

• Coordinate agendas and follow-ups for Customer MA model working sessions.

• Track dependencies and handoffs across the relevant modeling, data, measurement, technical, and business teams.

• Translate working-team discussions into concrete actions and maintain visibility into unresolved dependencies and required decisions.

• Surface delivery risks, unresolved ownership, or cross-functional decisions to the appropriate MA leadership owners.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communications Support

• Establish a lightweight operating cadence that keeps workstream leads current on program status, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions.

• Organize follow-ups and next steps after key stakeholder and working-team checkpoints.

• Support program leads with the underlying status, decisions, risks, and action tracking needed for stakeholder communications.

• Maintain relevant MA program documentation, trackers, wiki/playbook updates, and other sources of truth.

• Route issues and follow-ups to the appropriate owner and ensure escalated items remain visible through resolution.

Role Boundaries:

This role owns the program-management and coordination layer across MA workstreams. It does not replace the designated MA, stakeholder, methodology, or technical leads.

The PM owns:

• Meeting coordination and facilitation support

• Project plans, trackers, timelines, and roadmap coordination

• Action and decision tracking

• Dependency and handoff management

• Cross-team follow-through

• Program status visibility

• Documentation and source-of-truth maintenance

• Communications coordination and support

• Routing and tracking escalations through resolution

MA and Measurement leads retain ownership of:

• MA methodology and measurement strategy

• Modeling and performance interpretation

• Strategic recommendations

• Stakeholder leadership

• Prioritization and strategic tradeoffs

• Final decisions and escalations

Technical and analytical teams retain accountability for their respective data, modeling, engineering, and analytical deliverables.

The PM's role is to make sure those owners and workstreams stay connected, decisions and next steps are documented, dependencies remain visible, and agreed actions continue moving.

Success Criteria:

The engagement is successful when:

• MA projects and workstreams have clear plans, owners, dependencies, milestones, and next steps.

• Recurring meetings consistently produce documented decisions and actionable follow-ups.

• Actions and dependencies are actively tracked through closure or escalation.

• The Customer MA model has a clear cross-functional delivery plan and visible ownership of dependencies and decisions.

• The MA roadmap provides an up-to-date view of priorities, delivery dependencies, and follow-ups.

• Program risks and decisions requiring leadership attention are surfaced early.

• Stakeholders have a dependable operating cadence and source of truth for program status and decisions.

• MA, measurement, and technical leads can stay focused on substantive strategy, modeling, analysis, and decision-making while the PM maintains execution discipline and cross-functional continuity.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience project or program manager with demonstrated success supporting complex analytics, measurement, data science, or other data-intensive programs.

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple interconnected projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

• 2+ years of experience project planning, roadmap management, stakeholder coordination, and program documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong track record driving cross-functional coordination and follow-through without direct authority.

• Excellent meeting facilitation, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Able to translate technical and analytical discussions into clear actions, dependencies, decisions, risks, and status updates.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity as requirements, priorities, and delivery paths evolve.

• Good judgment about what can be resolved through operational follow-through versus what requires escalation to MA, technical, or measurement leadership.

• Marketing measurement or analytics experience beneficial; deep attribution or MMM technical expertise is not required.

Suggested Skills:

• Program Management

• Communication

  • • Collaboration
