Job description

Must hold Active Bar License in one of the following states:

California, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Florida or Minnesota


Part-Time Contract Attorney

10-20+ hours/week

$60-100/hour


Core Responsibilities: Conduct Initial consultation with potential clients regarding defense of claimed violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act - and willingness to learn this area of the law. Potential clients are owners of businesses, commercial property owners, and e-commerce website businesses.


Qualifications/Skills

  • Great people skills and willingness to train regarding claims filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Claim types include- ADA claim concerns disability access to commercial property and physical structures, as well as ADA claim concerns websites and how to make them accessible to persons with visual disabilities.
  • Must have a clear, concise and commanding communication style and comfortable speaking with potential clients directly.
  • Opportunity for a contract to hire arrangement!
