Job description
Are you an Audit Accountant who is looking to be a part of supporting nonprofit organizations to help them meet their mission? Our client, a growing Manhattan (Battery Park/Financial District) based CPA firm, is seeking audit accountants with 1-3 years recent experience, with a 4.1 rating on Glassdoor, is seeking audit associates with 1-3 years recent experience. They are a specialized firm concentrating in the nonprofit sector.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include, vacation, pension, 401(k) plan and health benefits as well as reduced summer hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other common platforms required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team orientated.
- Position requires a minimum of 30%-40% Domestic Travel. (all travel accommodations will be provided)
- CPA certification preferred, but bonuses available for those who complete their CPA certification.
