The Mom Project is excited to partner with Sensiba in their search for an Audit Manager - Venture Capital. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple teams working on client assignments and projects simultaneously
- Teacher/mentor to staff members – help them develop strategic goals in line with department goals and manage/monitor workload
- Contribute to the conception and execution of firm initiatives
- Contribute to business development efforts, assisting with proposals and building a network
- Responsible for ensuring that clients understand the complete scope of their accounting, tax, and business issues
- Anticipate issues, plan for their resolution, and ensure appropriate and timely execution of the engagement plan
- Create technical memos and develop/lead training on specialized technical issues
- Manage engagement budgets, communicate change orders
- Identify client needs and opportunities to better serve our clients
- Develop more efficient job processes and expanded services utilizing the talents of other Sensiba specialists
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant License
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Public Accounting
- Solid research capabilities to understand advanced accounting issues
- Strong analytical aptitude and application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Accounting software (We use CCH products; ProSystems, and FX Engagement)
- Ability to work closely and directly with clients
- Ability to supervise multiple client assignments simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to develop and apply technical expertise
- Ability to coach and develop other professional staff
- Venture Capital and/or Private Equity experience a plus
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
