Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.


We are seeking an AV Support Technician on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Rosslyn, VA.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present supplied briefing materials using installed or furnished audio-visual equipment, display supplied briefings via PowerPoint, videotape, overhead viewgraphs, and audio tape
  • Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
  • Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
  • Reserve, schedule, and set up audiovisual equipment as required
  • Coordinate requirements and the distant-end, using the appropriate software to update the reservations database


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Executive client-facing AV Support
  • Crestron Integration / NVX AV over IP experience
