Job description
Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a contract Avature Systems Administrator to support our client's ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role is responsible for solutioning and configuring the Avature ATS.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements to configuration specifications
- Ensure successful implementation of minor system enhancements/configuration changes
- Perform QA and testing on all system enhancements/changes
- Write and maintain system related documentation
- Ad Hoc Project Support
- Collaborate with the Avature platform manager to ensure client needs are being met
- Assist with the implementation of new tools and systems in the Talent Acquisition space
- Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams
- Lead testing efforts inclusive of creating test cases, organizing testing workbooks and user guides, preparing and/or creating data to enable testing and performing tests
- Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Avature system administrator experience including configuration
- Must have a core understanding of HR business processes including full lifecycle recruiting
- Must be detail oriented
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of HR systems (specifically in the Talent Acquisition space)
- Knowledge of core HRIS systems such as SAP and how the ATS should interact with them
- Savvy analytic and problem-solving skills
- Systems support experience, including researching and responding to user inquiries, system testing and system implementation activities
- Possess a customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
- Consistent delivery and follow through on commitments
- Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Avature system administrator certification
- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.)
